Study on the Low Temperature Characteristics of 2N2222A

摘要：

The voltage-temperature characteristics of 2N2222As is introduced. It is observed that the 2N2222A shows a good linear response at temperature from liquid nitrogen temperature to room temperature when imposed with forward current between the base and the emitter. The interchangeability of the sensors with constant forward current is discussed.
