Study on High Accuracy Temperature Measurement System Based on LabView
Introduced a high-accuracy temperature measurement system that is designed based on LabView software platform and measurement range is from -80℃ to 400℃, it uses second-class standard platinum resistance thermometers calibration-data, tabled and digit calibrated by upper computer, apply the technology of constant temperature cavity and the current source on rule of three and digital triter within the apparatus to eliminate the temperature drift and stochastic noise. Experiments show that the accuracy isnt exceeded 10mK.
