Technology and Design Considerations for Millimeter-Wave Circuits

摘要：

Interests in millimeter-wave (mm-wave) circuits are rapidly growing,partly promoted by semiconductor technology advancements and design environment improvements. However,lots of unknowns and challenges are still around for efficient development of mm-wave circuits. In this paper,some of these issues are addressed in terms of the technology comparison and design challenge analysis.
