Over the years tremendous developments have taken place in the field of education in general and Open and Distance Education (ODE) in particular. The explosive growth of Open and Distance Learning(ODL) institutions and their scale of operations have been facilitated by continuous experiments and ongoing innovation in the field of ODE. In the light of these developments there is a every need to know the quality of Teaching and Learning in ODL Institutions in the context of Globalization.
