Pregnancy and Development of the Culture in CRTVUs
Every organization with history has its own culture. A university culture usually reflects through its norms, values, philosophy, mission implementation, and behavior patterns on the part of its practitioners and participants. An open university like the CRTVUs system has formed its unique culture through more than 30-year approaches in distance education field. The CRTVUs culture is actually the gathering of substantial and spiritual achievements created,succeeded and accumulated by the successive faculty members and students in the 30-year operations for running schools. To foster the CRTVUs culture under new environment will surely bring in cohesion and innovation in the CRTVUs system and facilitate openness and reform.
