Case Study on the Funds-payment of Power Construction Commissioned Management Project
This paper took a 2×600MW supercritical generating electricity project as an example. It analyzed the contract construction system and the funds-payment problems, compared with the other construction project. Meanwhile, this paper analyzed the advantage and disadvantage of the difference fund payment method and gave a proposal of engineering fund management. It will help owner to manage the generating electricity project under agent model that was gradually extended to the power construction project.
