Micro-structure and Chemical Properties of Aerogel Structure Type of Wood
Introduction Wood is a kind of nature formed macro porous colloid of which has the ability of expansion. And it is also a kind of natural polymeric gel material. The matrix of wood can be known as a kind of Hydrocolloids, mainly including lignocelluloses and pectin. The matrix is a kind of dried gel, which is harden during the posses of drying and turn into the translucent gel. if the carbohydrate which forming the matrix (such as pectin, lignocelluloses and etc) is re-wettod and dilated and then dried by the supercritical fluid. We can acquire a kind of wood which have the three-dimensional network structure of aerogel can be acquired. This material has the characteristics of both nature wood and aerogel and its shortages of ordinary aerogel would be ameliorated.
