Air Circulating Oven Drying Characteristics of Skin Timbers of Japanese Larch

摘要：

Introduction It is very difficult to prevent checks and to reduce moisture content up to indoor in-use moisture content during drying of round wood. In this study, drying time, distribution of temperature and vapor pressure and checks were investigated during air circulating oven drying of Japanese larch(Larix Kaemferi C.) skin timbers, 50 cm in length, 3 cm in thickness of the body, which processed with some pretreatment.
