Study of Noise Reduction for Precision Panel Saw
Precision Panel Saw is key equipment for wood-based panel and wood production line. Now, several hundred enterprises in China produce the machine in large quantities, which creates good economic and social benefits for panel processing industry. However, Precision Panel Saw can produce a big noise in operation like other woodworking machines. We know that noise has a negative impact for the health of the human body. In order to protect the health of the operator, the Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau of China implements a state standard the GB12557-2000 Safety of woodworking machines General Clauses on June I, 2000, which provides the largest no-load noise should be less than or equal to 85 dB (A) in the saw blade diameter of less than 630 mm, and the largest no-load noise should be less than or equal to 90dB (A) in the saw blade diameter of more than 630 mm for the single-blade woodworking circular saw machine.
