The Woodworking Saws of Zero Degree Side Clearance Angle of set and Low Cutting Power
Theory of the zero degrees side clearance angle of set was put forward in 1999. The theory think that feed per tooth is inconsistent with cutting surface finish when the side clearance angle of set is zero degrees. This sawss number of teeth is little. Its cutting kerf is narrow and its structure is simple. It has strong point of manufacturing expenses low, high cutting quality and cutting efficient, lower energy consumption and save wood materials. Then it did preliminary analysis and all sidedly qualitative analysis,and did quantitative analysis by calculation on data. Its result is that the zero degree side clearance angle of set of woodworking saws cutting power is lower than now conventional saws. These analysis lay theory the foundation of cutting power test of the saws.
