Investigation and Prediction on Fine Papers (Writing & Printing Paper, Newsprint) Supply and Demand in Iran
Introduction Paper is considered as an important and strategic commodity which possess a very important impact on economic, cultural, social advancement of the societies and international status of countries, it is also the most effective indication of economic and cultural developments and the per capita consumption of paper and paperboard is a decisive factor in classification of social, cultural and economic development Haizheng, et.al(2002) emphasized that the private market policy of China during last two decades increased the total consumption of paper and paper boards early 9.6%. Ince,(1996) showed that the per capita consumption of newsprint in 80s in U.S.A was very high and after this decade it reduced. In spite of decrease in per capita growth demand, the total paper and paper boards and per capita consumption in U.S.A will increase regularly in future.
