Development of Composite Board Made of Wood Waste and Bamboo Mat (V): Optimization of Resin Distribution and Solid Content

摘要：

IntroductionComposite board is one of the wood-based panel products which have wide range of raw material, including wood waste and non wood lingo-cellulosic materials 1. Previous research results show that utilization of wood waste and bamboo mat for composite board production resulted prospectus composite board, especially for Indonesia which is trying to find out the substitute of boards made from high quality logs such as plywood. This research was designed to find out the optimum condition of resin solid content and its distribution using urea formaldehyde (UF) resin in composite board production made of wood waste and bamboo mat.
