Study on the Effect of Knocked-down Times on Wood Plastic Composites Structure

Introduction Liu Wanqian (1994) pointed out that lag wood screw could be used to removable structures, however, the knocked-down times was limited. The nail-holding power had nearly no change when screws were screwed into and out a wood repeatedly more than 20 times. But that did not be suitable for flakeboard and fiberboard. Screws are often used in Wood Plastic Composites Structures. As a joining form, whether the strength of the structure still remaining the initial state after knocked down several times are a problem necessary to study. The paper analyzed the strength and screw-holding of two types of Wood Plastic Composites Structures, L-type and T-type, after knocked down different times, and then educe the relationship of the strength of the structure and the knocked-down times.
