Research on Sustainable Development of Forestry Products in China
Introduction Sustainable forestry has become a major direction of forestry development in the world. Forestry products sustainable development is an important component. Forestry products sustainable development is not only related to the re-orientation and positioning of science and technology, but also related to the protection of biodiversity, improvement of the ecological environment, sustainable use of resources and many other aspects. Forestry products sustainable development means to maximally meet the needs of contemporary people to various forest products under the premise that it wont pose a threat to our future generations. There are wide varieties of forestry products. According to different standards, forestry products can be divided into different types. For example, they can be divided into forestry products of the first forestry industry system (mainly commercial forestry), forestry products of the second forcstry industry system (mainly wood, wood process and forestry and chemical products), and forestry products of the third forestry industry system (mainly forest tourism services). Sustainable development of forestry products is a kind of ecological concept with economic meanings, which is to realize the sustainable development of natural resources and life system through the sustainable use of forestry products, and maintain virtuous cycle structure so as to attain the purpose of economic development. The core of forestry products sustainable development is development, but it is under the prerequisite of strict control of population, improvement of population quality, protection of forestry resources and environment, and sustainable use of resources.
