Research Progress on Modified Atmosphere Technologies in China

摘要：

We summarize here the progress on Modified Atmosphere (MA) technologies that have been made since the 1960s in China,including natural low-oxygen and artificial low-oxygen, application with deoxidizers, double-low and three-low storage, MA with carbon dioxide and nitrogen-enrichening, and sealing materials and technologies for grain storage. Research Progress on MA Technologies in China has vaulted into the ranks of the advanced countries in the world.
