Risk Based Maintenance for Nuclear Power Plant HVAC System
This study was aimed at sophisticating maintenance of static machineries in nuclear power plant HVAC by using RBM (Risk Based Maintenance). A questionnaire of two engineers and one designer extracted the factor which evaluates influence of failure. Furthermore, importance of each evaluation factor was quantified with AHP. By using term of warranty, time since start up, repair cost, mechanical downtime and the quantified factor, static machineries were set priorities on risk matrix. The priority of maintenance by the matrix almost accorded with judgment of expert engineers.
