Research on the Application of Large Event Tree in Living PSA

Because of the complex nature of nuclear facilities, they are changing with time. These changes may be physical, operational and organizational. In addition, due to our understanding of the plant, the analysis of operational experience, the implementation of data collection systems, the development of improved models are also changing with time. Therefore, the modes must be modified or updated to reflect the above changes if the PSA is continuing use in enhancing and understanding the plant safety. This has led to the concept of a living PSA. The basic model of Living PSA should be updated in time to reflect actual design and function characteristic of nuclear power plant, which require the basic PSA model describing the current characteristic and can be updated rapidly. The paper solves the disposal methods of several relativities and illuminates some optimize concepts which serve the turn of large event tree, and also make use of local optimize, impact vector and cut-off rule achieving the optimization of large event tree, the results help to optimize large event tree and be able to analyse the relativity more comprehensively.
