Benefit Evaluation of Large Enterprise Training

Large enterprises make huge investment in training, so it is particularly important to evaluate the effectiveness of training. Through the analysis on the characteristics of large enterprises training, the status quo of training benefit and its evaluation, this paper put forward that the training of large enterprises should adhere to the economic, integrated, and selective principles, set reasonable targets and choose training method flexibly.
