A New Combinatorial Identity and Probabilistic Model

摘要：

In this paper, we induced a new combinatorial identity on the basis of the traditional combinatorial identities, and we have given its proof by the expansion of a function in power series. Using this combinatorial identity, we described a kind of probabilistic model without replacement in finite population.
