Optimization of the Eztraction of Polyphenols from Apple Residue under Ultra-high Pressure
The pure theoretic-mathematical method, orthogonal design was applied to the conditions optimization of polyphenols extracting from apple residue under the ultra-high pressure in this paper. Two orthogonal experiments were designed according to the theory and carried out to optimize the extracting conditions of polyphenols. The variance analysis and F test were also conducted and the optimum extraction parameters for polyphenols were got and proved. The results show that this method, which had been invented to dissolve multi-factor-controlling problems, is simple, rapid and efficient to get the optimal conditions of polyphenols extracting under the ultra-high pressure. This gives us a promising thought about the conditions optimization of polyphenols extracting under the ultra-high pressure.
