The problems ezisting in the computation of average wage and the suggestions on how to improve it

Average wage is an important parameter to reflect the income level in one country or one region. The average wage has been questioned by the public recent years. This paper analyzes the reasons that lead to these misunderstandings from the side of computation method. This method has many shortcomings now. It analyzes how to improve.
