Positive Analysis of 15 vice Provincial Cities Circulation Economic Statistics Target System

摘要：

In this paper, the authors establish the logical frame of circulation economic indicator system, and decide the monitor target system and each target standard value, as well as the synthesis appraisal method. This article uses this target system and the synthesis appraisal method to survey circulation economical advancement of 15 vice provincial cities.
