Analysis for Efficiency of Labor Adaptation of Industry Structure of China
How to maintain and balance the growth of economy and employment rate is a significant subject which relates to economic development, social harmony and political stability. Pertaining to it, the essay looked into the relationship between the labor composing in the three industries and economic growth and experimentally analyzed the facts from 1981 to 2005. The conclusion was drawn out that the low employment rate was mainly resulted from the improper structure of employments in the three industries. Based on the above analysis, the new employment patterns in the three industries were presented on how to maintain and balance the growth of both employment and economy.
