Researching on the eztract technology of flavoanoids in the leaves of Acer Truncatum Bunge

摘要：

With the leaves of Acer Truncatum Bunge as raw material, optimization of the extract technology of quercetin and kaempferol was studied. Effect of the ratio of material to liquid, extraction time and operation number on the extractive rate was investigated by using orthogonal experiment. Results showed that, the optimum extraction conditions were as follows: put 15 times water, decoct and distill 2 times, and 2 hours each time. The two active constituents in samples can be extracted effectively by using this technology which is economical and environmental also.
