Estimation of Confidence Lower Limits of Reliability for the Storage- Usage Model Based on the Ezponential Distribution

This paper discusses the confidence limits of storage-usage model when the storage lifetime and the usage lifetime are all exponential distributed. Here we give a time equivalent formulation, use this formulation we convert the storage-usage model into the usage model, then synthesize the tested data in different test time to calculate the confidence lower limits of reliability in a specified time. A numerical example is presented to enlighten the idea.
