摘要：

On the phase of the development process of the rapid industrialization, urbanization and modernization, Chinas buildings consume a lot of resources and energy, and pollution is also very serious. This article based on the analysis of the concept and connotation of the green residential areas, According to the characteristics of the evaluation on the green residential quarters, establish a standardized evaluation index system and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the Green Ecological Residential District, which provide the necessary technical support for the promotion and development of Chinas green area.
