Ezploring SME Financing Access under Dual Economies Character

摘要：

The dual economies show prominence in financial field in China. It leads to the serious dual credit ration and becomes one of the main cause which makes financing in medium and small sized enterprises becomes harder and harder. On basis of this situation, we theoretically pose that we can alleviate the difficulty through the dual cooperation of financial control and the deepening of finance.
