Synthetic Analysis of Reliability Tests for Ezplosive Initiator
In order to verify the reliability of the explosive initiator with small sample size, the reliability test and its statistical inference were studied, then the reliability tests were conducted and the statistical method for test data analysis was proposed. Langile test was used to estimate the parameters of the distribution, and the test data was processed with the isotonic regression. According to the hypothesis testing and sampling inspection, the test of explosive initiator with small sample size were performed at a low stimulus level based on the estimation of the parameters, thus the reliability of high stimulus level which was the required level was verified. Comparison of the method with large-sample-sized method shows that it can verify the high reliability of explosive initiator.
