Assessment on Human Health Damage of Pollution Incident: Methods and Practice

摘要：

Human health damage accounting is the focus and difficulty of environmental pollution accounting. This paper simply introduces the common used method firstly, and then analyzes the human health impact of Harbin City caused by Songhuajiang Pollution Accident based on community survey data. Human health loss of Harbin caused by Songhuajiang Pollution is evaluated finally. It is concluded that preventive expenditureapproach is more effective and reliable for accident pollution in China than CVM currently.
