Data Processing and Estimation of Initiator Life Based on Stepped Stress Accelerated Life Testing

摘要：

On the basis of introducing the principle of stepped stress accelerated life testing，by analyzing the mechanism of failure under storage conditions and making pretests，accelerated life testing stress and the level of stress of initiator are determined. Based on the data of the stepped stress accelerated life testing，the statistical analysis processing of test data and storage life forecasting are settled.
