The application of the variance analysis in the performance evaluation indicators selection

How to make performance indicators designed more scientific is the key link to the business human resource management effective implementation. On the basis of puzzle in the enterprise indicators selection, such as the target inconsistency, the indicators determine difficult, the weak measurement indicators difficult to deal with. This paper will apply the variance analysis to the performance indicators selection process. Because the mathematical statistics method introduced can fill the existing indicators selection method. Furthermore, this paper wants to provide a new train of thought, which can make the enterprise performance evaluation system more scientific.
