The Enterprise Human Resource Evaluation Model Based On Improved Niche Theory
Niche theory was first posed to explain problems in ecosystem. Many researchers have managed to introduce this theory to fields of enterprise human resource management, and developed various human resource evaluation models using niche theory. Based on those former researched achievements, this paper try to improve the niche measure of human resource and establish an evaluation model which is more scientific and well worth refereeing to. Case study will demonstrate the realization steps of the new evaluation model.
