Structure Equation Model and Its Application in New Product Development

摘要：

This research has studied the relationship between team knowledge sharing and performance of NPD through SEM. To this end, this study has built SEM on the basis of reviewed literature, designed questionnaire about the impact of team knowledge sharing on performance of NPD, and validated the positive effects of knowledge-sharing on performance in the process of NPD through analyzing 245 questionnaires by using LISREL.
