Empirical Analysis on Human Capital Contributing to the Economic Growth of Hebei Province
Investment in human capital and physical capital investments are all important driving force for economic growth. of Hebei Province. It has realistic significance to not only analyzing the status and existing problems of human capital of Hebei Province, but also analyzing the human capital how to affect the economic growth. This paper estimates the human capital and physical capital related indicators, using effective labor and human capital model of the external model of the human capital of Hebei Province contribution to economic growth, then proposed corresponding conclusions.
