Chinese Medicine Therapy in Clinical Research Using Marginal Model
Discretization is a distinctive characteristic of data in clinical research of Chinese medicine therapy. The traditional method can not analyze the discrete longitudinal data. This paper introduced the marginal model and the alternating logistic regressions, and discussed the advantages of alternating logistic regressions, centering about the common binary data in clinical research of Chinese medicine therapy. The alternating logistic regressions could estimate both parameter between the response and covariates and the association parameter among different response. The application of marginal model in clinical Chinese medicine therapy research was shown by an example at the end of this paper.
