Empirical Study on Enterprise Innovative Environment among Different Organization Size
Climate for innovation is an important factor for organizational innovation. On the basis of prior research which indicated that organizational innovative climate model in china is seven dimensions structures, including such dimensions as working environment, organizational support, organizational vision, leadership support, team support, resources, learning growth and knowledge and skills. In this paper, using survey research on cross-regional innovation-oriented enterprises, we explored the status quo difference about different of types of enterprises organizational climate for innovation categorized by different organizational size in china. The conclusion will help understand the status quo of organizational climate for innovation in china better.
