Scientific Human Resource Development Indezes Construction and Application-- Take Chongqing as an Ezample

摘要：

The economic development of one country or regional more and more depends on the scientific human resource development, while the scientific resource development indexes are the key elements to reflect and evaluate development degree and level. Through construction of indexes system, this paper has an organization of Chongqing scientific human resource development indexes (SHRDI) which the regression analysis on the relationship of Chongqing SHRDI and relative economic indexes.
