The Evaluation of Enterprises Independent Innovation Ability Based on Factor Analysis

摘要：

In accordance with the connotation of the enterprises independent innovation, the authors design 17 measuring indexes and then issued questionnaires among 40 enterprises in Jiangsu province who are aided by special funds for scientific and technological achievements translation, of which 26 key businesses are chosen as samples and analyzed based on factors, especially on five common factors with R&D investment ability included. In conclusion, enterprises should, therefore, strengthen R&D investment ability, R&D output capacity, R&D employees implementing ability to improve their independent innovation ability.
