SPSS Sorting Method Applied to Studying Effectiveness of Higher Education Resources Distribution in Wuhan City

摘要：

An Evaluation Model for effectiveness of higher education resource distribution (HERD) is established with the situation of educational funds resource and distribution of higher education institutes (HEIs) in China as starting point in this paper. Compared with eight developed higher educational districts, as typical case, the effectiveness of HERD in Wuhan are evaluated and sorted with SPSS. Some meaningful conclusions are given based on these output expressions.
