Evaluation research on urban economic development environment construction and the soft foreign investment environment-take the soft foreign investment environment in Weifang as an ezample
Firstly, this article mentions the importance and necessity of this evaluation research. Then it proposes that this evaluation research should take the urban economic development strategy as the direction, take the investors need as the starting point and the relative basic evaluation request and frame of this evaluation research. Then it uses AHP and principle component analysis to evaluate the soft environment in Weifang from both city and county this two aspects. At last, it obtains the thinking and countermeasure for optimization of the economic development and investment environment.
