Research on New mode of Online Surveys based on human to human interface interaction
Online surveys make it possible to collect and manage large capacity of data, but the humanmachine interactive pattern adopted by online surveys using Internet as data collecting medium limits the investigation object to netizens, which results in the sample representative problem and thus greatly lower the confidence level of survey results. The authors introduce the human to human interface based on remote collaboration and natural interaction into the field of online surveys to solve this problem from the technical angle and propose a new mode of online surveys based on the human to human interface interaction, to expand the application of online surveys.
