An Evaluation on Corporate Culture Core Competence

摘要：

Corporate culture is the core competence of enterprises. Corporate culture comprises guidance forces, incentive forces, cohesive forces and expansion forces. Using the AHP, this paper establishes an evaluation system and an evaluation model of corporate culture core competence, and finally evaluates corporate culture core competences of Tongrentang Group Co. and other 12 corporations.
