Dimension Developing and Structure Testing of Nonprofit Learning Organizations

This essay intends to develop the scale of nonprofit learning organizations in the Chinese context based on the classic Dimensions of the Learning Organization Questionnaire (DLOQ). Scale items of the nonprofit learning organization are determined by interviews and pilot test. Professional statistics softwares like SPSS13.0 and LISREL8.7 are used to conduct exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis on the 367 questionnaires finished by employees from NPOs in Zhejiang Province. The final nonprofit learning organization scale includes 4 dimensions, 18 measurement indicators with good reliability and validity. The analytical results provide helpful reference for building learning organizations of Chinas NPOs and relevant follow-up researches.
