Construction and Application of the Dynamic Financial Analysis (DFA) Model

摘要：

As the business environment for enterprises varies from minute to minute, the universal application of the dynamic financial analysis model in financial plans for all kinds of enterprises has been promoted. This model can be used to simulate companys assets, liabilities and future operational achievements under uncertain environments, providing evidence for top management level in controlling business risks and in making a decision on strategies. This paper aims to introduce the basic modeling method, as well as the essential to the model construction.
