Robust Liu-Type Estimation and Its Applications in Teaching Satisfaction Assessment
Considering the fact that multicollinearity and outliers coexist in teaching satisfaction assessment, the paper puts forward a new robust biased estimation-Robust Liu-Type estimation to combat multicollinearity and outliers coexisting in teaching satisfaction assessment based on Liu-Type estimation and M estimation. Using data in practice, the comparisons of Robust Liu-Type estimate with Robust LS estimate, Ridge estimate and Ridge-principal components estimate show that the Robust Liu-Type Estimate does work well.
