Construction and Feasibility Study of the Two-level Government Statistical Survey System

摘要：

This paper analyzes the characteristics and problems of Chinese government statistical survey system, and then proposes a concept of the two-level government statistical survey system reform. The management system, the method system, the operation mechanism as well as the reform steps of the statistical survey are also discussed in the paper.
