On the realization of coordination of fair and efficiency in the county economy
The relations between fair and efficiency in the county economic development is not absolutely like you cant have your cake and eat it too, by strengthening cooperation and coordination between the urban and rural, by searching for economic complementarities, and by strengthening cooperation between the poor and the strong, they can jointly promote and improve. Fair or not reflected in the county in economic development is whether the difference between urban and rural development are reasonable, whether the income gap between urban and rural residents are reasonable and whether the level of the gap between the counties is reasonable; and efficiency reflected in the county economy, refers to whether the entire county economy is to achieve optimal allocation of resources, whether it can meet the needs of agricultural development, farmers higher incomes and urbanization of rural. In order to achieve fair and efficiency coordinated situation in the country economic, we should reduce the gap between urban and rural by promoting the industrialization of agriculture, urbanization of rural, thereby reducing the gap on income; we should reduce the gap of the level of economic development between the county by searching for economic complementarities and strengthening cooperation.
