Research on Reliability Test and Evaluation Method of an Airborne Product
In order to evaluate reliability of an airborne product, a new detecting method is given in the product assessment phase. Firstly the performance test is programmed, then each product test is decomposed into two serial units in order to measure test data accurately, the resource categories of each unit test include digital simulation (DSM), hard-in-the-loop simulation (HITL), test and field test. Finally the reliability test data is collected by Bernoulli method, by hierarchical Bayesian analysis method the reliability probability models are deduced, and by serial reliable method the whole product reliability probability models are gotten. Compared to the tradition evaluation method, the method in this paper is precise.
