The Analysis of the Average Cash Ezpenditures of Rural Households Based on the Principal Component Analysis
The average cash expenditures of rural households not only contain cash expenditures for living consumption, but also contain production costs, taxes expenses, property expenses, and metastatic expenditures and so on. This article analyzes the average cash expenditures of rural households in China from the five indicators by using principal component analysis. Specifically, the production costs consist of two parts: domestic production costs and the costs for buying the fixed assets. Therefore, in order to understand the average cash expenditures of rural households in detail, further research is required from the following indicators: cash expenditures for living consumption, property expenses, and metastatic expenditures.
