An Empirical Study of Factors Influencing Individual Personnel Reward in Team-oriented Environment
Taking the individual personnel in the teamwork environment for the study objective, a structural model of factors influencing individual reward is built and tested on the basis of structural equation model and some concerned prominent factors are analyzed in detail. The research results demonstrate that individual reward is subjected to team and personnel performance, and a dual interactive function exists between team performance and individual performance.
